All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any products.

Due to the nature of our grow light products and our final inventory sale, we cannot accept returns or provide exchanges. Please carefully review product specifications and your requirements before placing an order.

Before You Purchase

To ensure you're making the right purchase decision, we recommend:

  • Verify that your fixture accepts E26/E27 screw-base bulbs
  • Confirm your fixture can handle 24W power consumption
  • Review the product specifications in the product description

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and work to resolve any shipping-related damages on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped (typically within 1-2 business days), it cannot be cancelled.
